Owner
Amelia Ross, owner of The Notary Seal LLC, has over four (4) year of experience as a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent. She has experience with completing over 1,000 closing and Notarizations to include: general notary work, mortgage closing (Purchases, Refinances, HELOCs, Real Estate Owned (REOs), Remote Online Notarizations (RONs), and other Notary Services), and Apostille Agent. Amelia also has several years of mortgage industry experience prior to becoming a Notary Public/Notary Signing Agent.
Antonio Ross
Founder / CEO
Antonio Ross, owner and founder of The Notary Seal LLC, has over four (4) year of experience as a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent. He has experience with completing over 1,000 closing and Notarizations to include: general notary work, mortgage closing (Purchases, Refinances, HELOCs, Real Estate Owned (REOs), Remote Online Notarizations (RONs), and other Notary Services), and Apostille Agent. Antonio also has over 10 years of contracting experience prior to becoming a Notary Public/Notary Signing Agent.
Apostille Agents
The Notary Seal LLC provides Apostille Agent Services to assist clients with obtaining an apostille or authentication from the Virginia Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth. These services include assisting with gathering and notarizing necessary documentation for an apostille as well as providing courier services.
Apostille Agents
The Notary Seal LLC was founded in 2020 by Antonio and Amelia Ross as a Notary Training Service. Antonio, a trainer, professional, mentor, and “Resolution Finder” founded the company on the ideal that there was a need for properly trained Notary Publics and Notary Signing Agents. He knew there were a number of Notary Publics who did not understand their role or how to be successful. His founding thought was “I want to give new and prospective notaries the answer to the question, what do I do now?”
Amelia, Antonio’s wife, soon came on board to give light to the parameters on how notaries could provide “white glove” service. They both knew that they could make a huge impact on the mortgage and real estate industry while giving everyday individuals an opportunity to join a very high demand market. Having a wealth of experience as both Notaries and Notary Signing Agents, they were eager to start what is now known as "The Notary Seal LLC" which they hope to one day be their legacy to share.
